Hi! I’m Brianna. I’m a fantasy/sci-fi novelist and filmmaker. My passion is for character-driven, epic stories with grand scales, deep psychological metaphors, and complicated heroes that shine light on the darkness and better angels in all of us.

My debut fantasy novel was City of Reckoning. I have a poetry book out called A Canvas of Stars. You can watch my short films on YouTube.

Females in Fantasy

From 2018 to 2019, I ran a podcast called Females in Fantasy, where I interviewed women authors of science fiction and fantasy who write about kickass heroines. I’m no longer updating the podcast, but all the episodes are still available. You can listen on Spotify and YouTube.

• I have a background in graphic and visual web design, and still freelance occasionally. (See my portfolio)
• I grew up in Virginia as the oldest of six home schooled siblings.
• I went skydiving for my twenty-first birthday.
• I completed my bachelor’s degree at Full Sail University.
• My favorite book in the whole wide world is Gideon the Ninth.
